WHO WE ARE

Districtmentors is a global health training, mentoring, coaching and technical assistance African base Firm dedicated to helping Sub-Saharan African countries improve the performance of health districts teams and optimise health programmes results with evidence base intervention, best practices and innovative technologies. We serve as an operational technical interface between governments, and Health care donors and partners to help generate expected results from programmes and projects.

HOW WE WORK

We select, recruit , train and engage uniquely talented thematic experts, from across Africa to constitute a technical workforce serving as SMART Trainers, mentors and coaches for DHMTs and health professionals from the public and private sectors to help them successfully achieve priority healthcare programmes planned results consistently with governments and partners expectations across Africa.

COMPETENCY BASED TRAINING

We use documented evidences and innovative technologies to strengthen or build the capacity of district management teams to deliver on their roles and responsibilities and on programmes and projects they are responsible for . Our training are Competency based to provide skills needed for optimal delivery and performance

EXPERIENCE BASED MENTORING

We provide experience-based mentors to hold DHMT hands and help each team member strive on their respective duties in various technical thematic areas to offer uniquely effective support to teams. Their work is all about making sure that DHMT have handy experienced support from people who have already done the job to help them strive

PERFORMANCE CENTRED COACHING 

We provide experience-based Coaches to help push for effectiveness and performance DHMT and help each team member strive on their respective duties in various technical thematic areas offering uniquely effective coaching service tailored to each members’ needs. Their work is all about making sure that DHMT have highly qualified coaches to help them strive

EXPERIENCE FOCUSED NETWORKING

We establish and management south to south cross fertilisation network in using digital technologies and dedicated events to help districts team learn from each other and share information across peers. Our networking platform is built on SMART technologies and solutions to ensure the go and continuous sharing
